The location of the property gets full marks. Rooms are spacious but corridors are narrow and poorly lit. Service and people are good. However the property needs renovation from tile to the ceiling immediately. Not worth this price. I am sure kohinoor management will take their feedback in a positive way.

Unhygienic condition. I complaint so they changed my room. But there was no hot water there so they allotted me another room. This new room having hot water but many cocroche are there. The infra of hotel is old so cost should not be be more than inr 3000 considering it's at prime location. I paid inr 4000- for terrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Pleasant and cosy stay. Property location is prime location. Spacious and clean rooms/washroom. Courteous staff. Good quality of food (breakfast) bed quality may needs improvement. King bed wasn't comfortable.

The following things are not up to mark: 1. Toilet - bath tub & wash basin are very old, stain marks 2. Bed sheets aren't of good quality

Room were not clean, unhygienic. Even after asking to clean it was just ignored. The coffee stains on the table was still there when i back in the evening.

The rooms were not clean. My guest said they found cockroaches in the room. The cups were not clean.

The room given to us had a cockroach, so we changed the room. That room was good. The table cloth in the dining area was dirty and stained. They put up only idali and misal and fruits on the table. They had egg varieties and dosa, but we were not told and there was no menu on display. Do we missed out on half the items on breakfast menu.

The best part is its location. At the end of apte road it's 2 min walk from cafe goodluck. All iconic restaurants of pune are within 5 mins walking distance. Being on inner road it's quiet amd peaceful l though in a very happening part of the city. Hotel is well prices and restaurant is good too. Staff is cautious. Open parking for few cars is there although not very ideal type of parking. Rooms are big enough.
